Its 210-dernier and PU material that's rated to 3,000mm hydrostatic head material is designed to keep the water out and everything inside your bivvy dry.  
 
This overwrap comes complete with a bag & pegs making it easy to use and easy to transport, the bag will keep it compact so that it doesnt use much space on overnight fishing trips.
 
Measures 290cm (wide) x 265cm (deep) x 140cm (high). Designed to fit over our WSB 2 Man Bivvy.
